Discover a powerful and easy to use platform that allows students to learn how to program virtual and real robots. Now you can program your robot on the screen first, and then progress to program either a Lego EV3 or a Tetrix robot. North Reading High School Change Team will demonstrate and present CoderZ. Participants can follow along on their laptop or chromebook and learn about how to program a robot via simulation. North Reading students will also demonstrate how to download the code from the simulation to an actual EV3 robot. CoderZ is a powerful and easy to use platform that allows students to learn how to program virtual and real robots. It is a unique STEM experience that offers students experience with either block based or advanced coding simulations. It is an online tool that will run from any web browser and also integrates with Lego EV3. Using either a laptop or a Chromebook, our high school Change Team will demonstrate how using CoderZ can enhance teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking skills and digital literacy.
