Christa McAuliffe Technology Conference

Learn how the Salem School District used a team approach to develop a professional development program on digital citizenship for staff. Librarians, technology integrators, and the Directors of IT and Literacy partnered to plan and implement a program that consists of a combination of face-to-face and online delivery modules. The team will share their experiences from researching topics, developing the modules, piloting the content, and rolling it out to the entire district. Learn what went well and what didn't in creating a professional development program that emphasizes the safe, responsible, and ethical use of technology.
