This beginner session on Google Keep as an organizational tool is ideal for teachers, administrators, parents and students. Everyone has a need to make a list and maybe even check it twice. Google Keep is a user friendly tool that allows quick note taking with reminders, labels, color options and much more. The implications for all students (special education and general education) are vast. Students can create audio notes with transcribed text. Students can use the "keep notepad" tool in Google Docs to view notes in the right margin (as is done with the Explore tool) to add notes to a Google Doc or to just view the lists. There is a little something for everyone in this fast paced but fun workshop. Beginners are guaranteed to come away with at least one new idea for how to use this tool for themselves and one idea of how to use this tool with students.
